Project Description: "One of Re:DIS's goals is to develop a common conceptual and theoretical framework and, in particular, to better understand borderline cases of disinformation in which the beliefs of the target audience are subtly manipulated. This is essential, among other things, for the legal regulation of disinformation: society and legislators must make informed decisions about what kind of disinformation is acceptable in a liberal democracy and what falls outside the scope of freedom of speech, freedom of opinion, and freedom of the press."
