The REspect! reporting center, a designated "Trusted Flagger," provides advice and support for victims of online hate speech. It is operated by the Baden-Württemberg Youth Foundation. REspect! notes: "Incitement to hatred and politically motivated threats are punishable throughout Germany, including on social networks. REspect! is aimed at anyone who wants to take action because they see content online that they consider criminal. Reported content that we believe to be criminally relevant is consistently reported to law enforcement authorities so that the responsible police department and public prosecutor can investigate whether it constitutes a criminal offense."
